The second part of Pokémon Go’s Halloween 2025 event has started, running from Oct. 27 until Nov. 2. Noibat and Teddiursa in Halloween outfits are also debuting alongside this event, and they can actually evolve, so their evolutions can have swanky costumes, too.
This event is a continuation of the first part of the Halloween 2025 event, so the perks of the Halloween Go Pass are still active, and they will remain active until this event ends. As a reminder, reaching certain tiers of the Halloween Go Pass gets you doubled catch and transfer candy gains — and if you choose to upgrade to the premium pass, these gains are tripled.
Additionally, costumed Pokémon will have a small chance to reward Rare Candy and Rare Candy XL when caught with nice throws or better, but only on Oct. 31.

Pokémon Go ‘Halloween 2025 Part 2’ event Field Research and rewards
Spinning a PokéStop during the event period may yield one of these tasks:
- Catch 10 Pokémon (Pikachu [Halloween], Froakie [Halloween], or Rowlet [Halloween] encounter)
- Evolve 3 Pokémon (Teddiursa [witch hat] or Noibat [witch hat] encounter)
- Power up Pokémon 10 times (25 Gengar, Houndoom, Sableye, Banette, or Absol Mega Energy)
- Win 3 raids (Spiritomb encounter)

Players on The Silph Road subreddit have also noticed that these Pokémon seem to be spawning frequently, too:

- Rowlet (Halloween)
- Sinistea
*There is an “increased chance” of finding this shiny in the wild as part of the event.
